Step 1: Download the latest gateway 3ds firmware: GW_Release_1.1a after you download it, you should get
extract it and get the gateway 3ds firmware folder
Open the folder and check the gateway 3ds firmware contents

Step 2 Set up the sd card for gateway 3ds card
The 3ds console package always comes with a 2G or 4G sd card, you can just use it to work with gateway 3ds card.
Open the “GW Release_v1.1a” folder, you will see the file “Launcher.dat”, just copy it to the root of the sd card.
Put the sd card into the 3ds console.
Step 3 How to set up the gateway 3ds blue card and micro sd card.
Open the “Blue Card (R4i)” folder, get the contents, Copy all of them to the root of your micro sd card.

Notice: Everytime you power off your 3ds console, you need to do the system setting—other settings—Profile—Ninten DS Profile every time to access the gateway 3ds mode.

Step 5: Download the Win32 Disk Imager this tool will be used for writing the 3ds games to your 16G miceo sd card.
